How Much Notice Do you Need To Book A Wedding Or Special Event?

Wedding seasons usually starts around May and goes until the mid or end of October and there are only so many slots available per week. You would want to book your event at least 3 months prior to your event date to ensure you get the date you want.

Do You Require A Deposits For Special Events?

Yes, We require a $150.00 (Non Refundable) Deposit to book your wedding or special event to lock that date in, However, if a life changing event occurs which requires you to postpone your event or reschedule, you have up to 2 years to reschedule your event without losing or paying any additional charges, your price and deposit is locked in for that time period.

How Long Do I Have to Finish Paying for My Event?

We ask that you pay for the event in full one week prior to having the event. You can elect to pay for the event the day of, but it must be paid in full before set up. We can also split up your payments monthly if it makes it easier, just discuss that with us during the terms of your agreement.

Do You Offer Discounts For Private And Veteran Run Organizations?

Yes, We believe in contributing back to the community for organizations raising money to benefit families in need or to help out our men and women who has served honorably to defend our freedom. Our prices for such events are deeply discounted and in return all we ask is for your organization to include us in your advertisement for the event.

I Want To Book An Event But I Only Need You For 3 Hours, Can You Do That?

Absolutely, Our events are based priced an tailored around your needs. We work within your budget to ensure that your event is special and we do everything possible to make it successful no matter how long or short.

How Far Will You Travel To Host An Event?

Typically, we try to work a radius of 50 miles, however, we will travel outside that radius to handle your special event but we must include a fuel surcharge for doing so. This charge is usually based on the current cost of gasoline and the total distance traveled outside our radius. Please Note: You are not charged for the first 50 miles. Thereafter, Example: Your event is 60 miles away, fuel costs 3.99 per gal, it would require 1.2 additional gallons bringing your fuel surcharge to $4.71 additional added cost. (Example Based on 20 miles roundtrip, all charges are rounded up to the nearest dollar)

I want to book a weekly Karaoke Event, how much do you charge ?

Our events are scheduled in 4 hour blocks and our rates depend on lots of factors like location of the weekly event, do you serve alcohol and food or just serve food. is it during the week or is it on the weekend. We like to get to know you, learn what your trying to accomplish. If you're new and unestablished, our rates are going to be considerably lower as we work together to build your business. If you're an established business owner and wanting to add an additional level of service for your customer base, you will find our pricing to be reasonable and fair to the market base in this type of industry. Give us a call and we can discuss in full detail your needs and what your budget is, we will tailor those needs around you and offer you a rate you will feel good about and you will be happy you called us.

How do you advertise for my event?

We are very proud of our advertisement campaign. We offer at no additional charge to our customers, free advertising on our social media platforms and reaching a customer base of over 30,000. We also include your branding (Logo) on our webpage at no additional cost which includes your location, time of show event and so much more. We also include at no additional cost, banner advertising to place outside your establishment that includes your branding and our branding showcasing the time and day of the weekly event. We can also include road signage for an additional charge. We charge for this type of signage because it's generic and does not contain our branded logo but includes the type of event it is. (Example: Your Business Name; Karaoke Tonight - 7pm to 11pm) It's yours, you own it....

Do I Have To Sign A Contract For Your Weekly Services?

We ask what's normally referred to as an Open-Ended Agreement to be signed which simply means that both parties agree to give proper notice upon canceling a weekly event. It's main purpose is to outline the cost of the services provided to you and also guarantees your rate will not increase unless otherwise noted in the agreement that both parties agree to. Other provisions covered in this agreement outlines show cancellations, weather and life changing events and equipment damages. We will sit down and discuss every part of the agreement with you so you will have a good understanding and happy with all four corners of the agreement.

What Type Of Music Do You Have Or Provide?

We have a very large library of music, starting from the 50's and continuing all the way up to today's top chartbusters which includes Pop, Rock, Classical and country. Granted, like everyone else, we don't have everything that has ever been recorded, but if your establishment has Wifi, we have programs that can get any song request that may come our way.

What Type of Songs Do You Have Available To Sing For Karaoke?

We have an Incredibly large library of Karaoke music. Currently, we have over 288,000 songs available to sing for Karaoke which includes a lot of today's biggest hits. Our Karaoke Library is updated monthly. Being a member of the music industry, ASCAP, BMI & SESAC we are sent the most up-to-date information and song listings available to purchase for Karaoke. However, We must admit we don't have everything. In those instances, we would take the song request and research its availability, if it's available, we purchase the song and have it ready for you on our next show available or the next time you or your customer comes out to sing.

I'm Planning a Wedding, How do I Pick My Songs?

Weddings are very special and our goal is to make it as special and memorable as it possibly can be. We have song choices available when we sit down and start making your song requests but what we like to suggests, is, use a music services like Spotify or Apple-tunes to select your song choices. Go through their library and write down your choices for each segment you want played at your wedding. You can then Email us with your choices and we will do the mix and stage it so it's presented very professionally and orchestrated all the way down to the "I Do"

Do you Offer Dance Lighting?

Yes, We have some of the most sophisticated lighting arrangements on the market. We offer strobes or can lighting and standalone lighting. Most of our lighting is automated and moves with the beat of the music, it's absolutely something to see in action and looks fantastic with your guests out on the dance floor and gets your guests in the party spirit.

What Type Of Guarantee Do You Offer?

Wow, we’re different on this one… We don’t just guarantee it, we stand behind it. If you’re not completely satisfied (Very Rare) We will discuss and resolve it with you when it’s convenient for you to do so… We don’t want you to pay for anything you’re not happy with.
